Inbrovia
For marketing teams

One workflow from brief to results.

Campaign work usually moves between a design file, a spreadsheet, a sending tool and a chat thread. Inbrovia gives the team one place where the design, the audience, the review and the results are the same object, and every step is visible to everyone.

  1. Step 1
    Audience

    Segments shared across the team.

  2. Step 2
    Build

    Brand kit applied automatically.

  3. Step 3
    Preview

    Every device, every recipient.

  4. Step 4
    Check

    Guardian score before review.

  5. Step 5
    Approve

    Comments on blocks, decisions logged.

  6. Step 6
    Send

By the role allowed to send.

  7. Step 7
    Results

    Readable by the whole team.

Shared brand

Everyone builds on the same brand kit.

Colors, fonts, logo, button style, footer and business address live in the brand kit. Designers build faster, and nobody ships an off-brand footer again.

  • Saved sections for headers, footers and offers
  • Template versions with notes
  • Per-device behavior set once

Review

Comments on the block, not in a thread.

Reviewers click the block they mean and leave the comment there. Designers resolve it in Studio. Approvals and change requests are recorded against the campaign, and the approved version is frozen for sending.

  • Block-level comments with resolution
  • Approve or request changes with a note
  • External stakeholders by link

Roles

Permissions that match how teams work.

Each role sees what it needs and can do what it is allowed to. Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface.

RoleWhat they do
DesignerBuilds templates and campaigns in Studio, previews in Inbox Lab.
Campaign ManagerOwns audience, schedule and sending. Runs Guardian and requests approval.
ReviewerComments on blocks, approves or requests changes.
AnalystReads results and audience health, exports what the team needs.
AdminManages the domain, senders, team and brand kit.
Quality gate

A shared definition of ready.

Campaign Guardian gives the team one objective readiness score. Blocking issues stop the send for everyone; warnings need a reason to override; suggestions are there for whoever has time.

Questions

Marketing teams ask.

Can we require approval before every send?
Yes. Approval workflows are part of the Pro and Agency plans. Campaigns stay in review until the required approvals are recorded.
Can a Designer accidentally send?
No. Sending is a permission held by Campaign Managers, Admins and Owners. Designers can build and preview.
How do stakeholders outside marketing review?
Send them an approval link. They see the campaign on every device and can comment and approve without an account.
Can we keep multiple brands in one workspace?
Yes. Brands separate domains, audiences, kits and reporting. The Pro plan includes several brands; the Agency plan includes more.
