Catch Deliverability Problems Before Your Campaign Goes Out
Deliverability is decided before the send: by the domain you send from, the audience you send to, the content you send and the pace you send at. Inbrovia handles each of those as part of the workflow, and shows you a Sender Health score so you know where you stand.
- Authenticated sending from your own domain
- Automatic suppression of bounces and complaints
- Volume pacing matched to your history
- Pre-send content and link checks

Enter the address your campaigns should come from. Inbrovia creates the records your DNS provider needs, checks them automatically and tells you when the domain is ready. No sending servers, API keys or SMTP settings.

What happens behind the scenes
- Your domain is registered with the sending infrastructure and authenticated so mailbox providers can confirm campaigns really came from you.
- Authentication, alignment and policy records are checked separately, and the status shows which one needs attention.
- Bounces and complaints are received, matched to recipients and suppressed automatically.
Technical record names are available under Advanced details for whoever manages your DNS.
A score that tells you what to do.
Sender Health combines bounce rate, complaint rate, unsubscribe rate, invalid imports and domain status into one number, with the contributing factors listed.
Each factor links to the recipients or imports behind it, so a warning becomes a task rather than a mystery.
Six safeguards that run automatically.

Deliverability is one of Guardian's eight categories.
Campaign Guardian checks sender readiness, volume against history, content patterns, plain-text presence and link health before every send, and explains any finding in plain language.

About deliverability in Inbrovia.
- Can I send from a free mailbox address?
- No. Campaigns are sent from your own business domain so they can be authenticated. Inbrovia asks for a business address during setup and explains why.
- Do I need to configure SMTP or an API?
- No. Connecting your domain is the only setup. Inbrovia provides the infrastructure.
- What happens if my bounce rate spikes?
- The campaign is paused, the workspace is notified and the affected addresses are suppressed. Sender Health shows the factor and links to the recipients involved.
- Can suppressed addresses be removed?
- Unsubscribes and manual suppressions can be removed by an authorized role, with an audit record. Complaints cannot be removed from the app.
Protect your next campaign's deliverability.
Connect your domain and let Inbrovia handle the safeguards.
